QUALIFICATIONS

• Over 14 years of experience working with computers.
• Four years of experience in troubleshooting and repair of computers and equipment.

• Constructed several IBM type P.C. systems, with concern for cost/performance issues.

• Operating systems that I have successfully installed and configured: MS-DOS v.3.3 through v.6.22; Microsoft Windows v.3.0, v.3.1, v.3.11, 95, 98; Microsoft Windows NT Server v.4.0; Microsoft Windows NT Workstation v.4.0; Caldera DR-DOS Beta v7.02; Linux Red Hat v4.2
• Ability to set up and configure networking servers and clients including NetBEUI, IPX/SPX, and TCP/IP.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new techniques.

EDUCATION

• 1989-1992 Pensacola High School
• Although I have no current certification, everything I have learned about software and hardware comes from extensive hours of configuring and testing.
